Use the correct html element for CSS style

description

From the source:

this.Controls.Add(new LiteralControl("<script type=\"text/css\"> div#messages { width: 100%;} .nav {width: 100%; text-align: center; background-color: #D6E8FF;} .picture{height: 51px;} .message{text-align: left; }</script>"));

I didn't know IE would even take the script with type=text/css, but I doubt other browsers will work, replace the <script by <style and your ready to go.

For caching, performance and configurability you should offload the actual css to an external file instead of hardcoding it..
