jquery header controls added twice on pastback

After the update event occurs, CreateChildControls is called for a second time. You call this.Controls.Clear() to clear the wp controls first, but the controls you add to the header get dumped in again. I guess a conditional around the block that create the header jquery controls like if (!ChildControlsCreated){ //create all the jquery stuff } would tell us that child controls had fired already and so no need to re-add them... but probably a better way. Not sure that you can call Clear on the header controls since I guess that would wipe out all kinds of SP crap dumped in there :)
